  • There is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. So only small-sized bags having 5 kg / lesser luggage per passenger will be permitted.
  • Total passenger weight should not exceed 435 kg to 450 kg per helicopter; however, heavyweight passengers are adjusted by reducing their luggage weight, or our ground staff manages their weight in many other ways. This information will be given to Yatris at the time of flying, so Yatris are requested to cooperate and follow the Ground staff instructions.
  • To adjust the body weight according to the flying limit of the helicopter, we can shuffle the group between two helicopters. For example, if there is a family of 3-5 members, and we are unable to adjust their body weight according to flying limit of Helicopter then we will be shuffle them in 02 groups and fly them in different helicopters, but we will try to fly them at same time, if not possible then first group will wait for another group to come, and we will provide their darshan together.

  • After paying for extra weight does not mean that the helicopter will fly with unlimited weight; then also our team and the helicopter can manage weight up to 05-10kg extra only, or we have to manage their weight by reducing their luggage weight, reducing fuel in the helicopter,r or sending their luggage by other modes of transport.
