After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms. / 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Inclusions

  • Driver Allowance
  • Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  • Vehicle: 01 Swift Dzire & Similar for the entire trip.
  • All sightseeing & transfers as per the itinerary & not on disposal basis.

Exclusions

  • Air Fare / Train fare.
  • Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), Ropeway, porterage.
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Room Heater Charges.
  • Insurance.
  • 5% GST.
  • Nathula Pass Extra (INR. 4500 Approx. Per Cab Cost) not included in this package.
  • Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

Payment Policy

  • Package confirmation is subject to advance payment and availability.
  • Balance payment must be completed before travel date or as per company policy.
  • Rates may change until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, transport and supplier policies.
  • No refund will be applicable for no-show, early check-out or unused services.
  • Cancellation requests must be shared in writing.
  • 25% cancellation on Package Cost within 30 day Before Check in Date
  • 50% cancellation on Package Cost within 29-16 day Before Check in Date.
  • 75% cancellation on Package Cost within 15-05 day Before Check In date.
  • Any cancellation on Package Cost from 04th day will lead to 100% cancellation charge.

  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
  • Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
  • Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
