Payment Policy

  • Package confirmation is subject to advance payment and availability.
  • Balance payment must be completed before travel date or as per company policy.
  • Rates may change until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

  • 25% cancellation on Package Cost within 30 day Before Check in Date
  • 50% cancellation on Package Cost within 29-16 day Before Check in Date.
  • 75% cancellation on Package Cost within 15-05 day Before Check In date.
  • Any cancellation on Package Cost from 04th day will lead to 100% cancellation charge.

  • Vehicle can go where it can go(Vehicle will follow strict rule(traffic rule)) of destination
  • Vehicle ac will not be operational during hills travel, Highland area travel

  • Peak season / Holiday surcharge will be applicable in case if there are any events. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. Final costing will be given at the time of confirmation

  • During summer, the dawki river is usually avoided because of muddy water, though other sightseeing options are available like cleanest village (with single root bridge)
  • Hotels provided in this package have proper tie-up with our agency and have been given to our guests in previous packages without any service issues.
  • Ac will be switched off in hills like while crossing bhalukpong gate in arunachal pradesh & after crossing byrnihat in meghalaya
  • Kindly note that in hill station ac (air condition) will not work during driving & ac do not operate standing position.
  • It is not advisable to visit bumla pass and sela pass if you are physically not fit or have breathing issues.
  • If there is a drastic increase in fuel rates in the month of taking the services ofthe vehicle than we will intimate the extra cost to you if necessary.
  • The standard check-out time for all hotels given above is at 12.00 pm. if guest required a late check-out; they will be subject to an additional charge.
  • Electric heaters at hotels are chargeable and subject to availability depending on the hotel management
In places like cherrapunjee, dawki, mawlynnong which are remote areas and hotels are mostly run by locals and these places are out of the city. as such wifi and mobile networks might be affected in these areas. please don’t have much expectation from the hotels in these places such as food ordered after 8 pm might not be possible.
