Inclusions

  • Accommodation is mentioned in the hotel section.
  • Meal plan as mentioned in the hotel section.
  • Transfers and sightseeing by the chosen vehicle as per the given itinerary.
  • Driver's bata, toll, parking, driver's night halt, fuel charges. (Applies if the vehicle is included in the package)
  • All transfers and sightseeing by AC transport as per the itinerary, inclusive of toll, parking & driver’s batta ( from garage to garage 8 am – 8 pm)
  • Non A/c room in hill station (Munnar & Thekkady)
  • Houseboat A/C full-time in the room

Exclusions

  • Any Airfare/train fare, entrance fees / Monument Chargers /Tips and porter charges
  • Expenses of a personal nature, such as drinks, telephone, Ayurveda massage and laundry bills, etc.
  • Any boating charges (motor boat/pedal boat).
  • Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions, political closures, technical faults etc
  • Early Check-in / Late Check-out

Payment Policy

  • Package confirmation is subject to advance payment and availability.
  • Balance payment must be completed before travel date or as per company policy.
  • Rates may change until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, transport and supplier policies.
  • No refund will be applicable for no-show, early check-out or unused services.
  • Cancellation requests must be shared in writing.
