Payment Policy

Immediate payment is required for flight tickets at the time of package confirmation.
40% advance payment of the land package cost is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
Failure to make the balance payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

25% of the package cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the check-in date.
50% of the package cost will be charged if cancelled between 29–16 days before the check-in date.
75% of the package cost will be charged if cancelled between 15–05 days before the check-in date.
100% of the package cost will be charged if cancelled within 04 days of the check-in date or in case of a No Show.
Flight cancellation charges will be applicable as per the respective airline's cancellation policy.
A service charge of ₹250 per person per sector will be applicable for all flight cancellations.

We have calculated SGD 1 = INR 75 The given cost will vary if there is any change in the exchange rate.
Hotels, flights, sightseeing tickets, and rates are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.

Hotel standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
Currency exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations and may vary at the time of final payment.
SIC means Seat-In-Coach basis (shared transfer).
PVT refers to exclusive private transfer in a van/cab.
Hotels, flights, air tickets, cruise, and entry tickets are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation and may vary or fluctuate.
For shared or private cab/bus services, guests must be at the lobby or designated pickup point 10 minutes before the given time.
If the guest is not available at the given time, the service will be treated as a No Show.
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure situations, only partial refunds will be applicable. However , we shall try to get back benefits of refund as much as possible but will solely depend upon the policy of Airline ,hotel and supplier.
